I have enjoyed countless of hands of vingt-et-un. I started sneaking into the casinos when I was still underage. I have played online twenty-one, I have counted cards, and worked with a team for a little while. With all that said I have still spent an abundance of funds at blackjack. The casinos have made it very hard to defeat the game.

I still enjoy the game and wager on a regular basis. Over this time period I have played a variation of chemin de fer called "The Take it Leave it Method". You certainly won’t get loaded with this tactic or defeat the house, still you will have a lot of fun. This method is founded on the fact that vingt-et-un appears to be a match of runs. When you’re on fire your on fire, and when you are not you’re NOT!

I bet with basic strategy 21. When I do not win I bet the lowest amount allowed on the subsequent hand. If I don’t win again I wager the lowest amount allowed on the successive hand again etc. As soon as I profit I take the payout paid to me and I wager the original bet again. If I win this hand I then keep in play the winnings paid to me and now have double my original wager on the table. If I win again I take the winnings paid to me, and if I succeed the next hand I leave it for a total of 4 times my original wager. I continue betting this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I lose I return the wager back down to the original amount.

I am very strict and never back out. It gets very fun at times. If you succeed at a few hands in a row your wagers go up very quickly. Before you realize it you are wagering $100-200per hand. I have had great streaks a couple of times now. I departed a $5 table at the Flamingo a number of years ago with $750 after 30 mins using this tactic! And a few days ago in Macau I left a game with $1200!

You need to understand that you can say good-bye to much faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more thrilling. And you will be amazed at the streaks you see betting this way. Here is a chart of what you would bet if you continue winning at a 5 dollar table.

Take one hundred and sixty dollar paid-out to you, leave the original $160 bet

If you left at this moment you would be up 315 dollar !!

It is difficult to go on a streak this long, but it often happen. And when it does you can’t deviate and drop your bet or the final result won’t be the same.
