• Blackjack Is Like A Rollercoaster

Blackjack is a game that reminds me somewhat of a roller coaster. Blackjack is a game that starts out slowly, but gradually gains speed. As you slowly build up your bank roll, you feel as though you are on your way to the top of the coaster and then when you least expect it, the bottom collapses.

Blackjack is so akin to a crazy ride the similarities are creepy. As with the popular amusement ride, your black jack game will peak and things will appear to be going great for a time before it bottoms out one more time. You must be a black jack player that will be able to adjust well to the ups … downs of the game because the game of black jack is choked full with them.

If you like the petite coaster, a coaster that won’t go too high or fast, then bet small. If you find the only way that you can enjoy the coaster ride is with a bigger bet, then jump aboard for the roller coaster ride of your life on the monster coaster. The high-roller will love the view from the monster roller coaster because he or she is not mentally processing the drop as they rush head first to the top of the game.

A win goal and a loss limit works well in blackjack, but very few players adhere to it. In blackjack, if you "get on the rollercoaster" as it is going up, that is an amazing feeling, but when the cards "go south" and the coaster starts to flip and turn, you had better escape in a hurry.

If you don’t, you may not necessarily recollect how much you enjoyed life while your bankroll was "up". The only thing you will remember is a lot of uncertainties, a mad ride … your head in the stratosphere. As you are recounting "what ifs", you won’t clearly recall how "high up" you went but you will have memories of that disappointing fall as clear as day.
